Reunion Photo Albums offers reunion organizers an easy way to get a professional photographer to their event, get the photos uploaded to an easy to find online site, and make them available to everyone for viewing, downloading, and ordering prints at bargain prices.
All the organizers need to do is contact us in advance, let us do 'our thing', and encourage attendees and others to make contributions on our website towards the cost of the photographer. Once the total contributions have exceed our costs we make them available.
We publicize the total contribution amount received from each group so you know what is still needed in real time. No mystery and no funny games. Totals are updated immediately after a contribution is made.
Just send us a message using our contact form. We'll need some basic information like: type of event, event location, event date, time photographer wanted, and expected number of attendees. Every event is unique so we'll discuss the particulars after initial contact. We work with professional event planners and 'volunteer' organizers.
The costs to have us arrange for professionally photographing your event, uploading the photographs, making them available online and in print form at attractive prices, will likely be less then if you tried to do it all yourself.

This service was actually conceived because of a 'last minute' situation where a photographer was needed 4 days before the event. We prefer plenty of lead time, but if you need us to move fast, we'll move fast!
As soon as the photographs are uploaded a select few will be made public. The rest will be kept behind the curtain until the minimum contribution amount has been reached for your event.
Your pictures can be viewed, downloaded, turned into prints of a wide variety of sizes, turned into calendars and other popular items. When the contribution amount is met we will also deliver the DVD/CD to the organizer or other designated person for safe keeping.
Yes. Once the contributions from your group has met the minimum threshold these pictures will be available along with the professional photographers pictures? We reserve the right to charge a small fee to cover costs.
